Guidelines for Submissions

           Digital text submissions must be formatted for Microsoft Word, Excel worksheet, plain text, MS-DOS text, or RTF text, and submitted as attachment to e-mail, or as text in the body of the e-mail message. Proofread & spell-check before submitting!
           Digital photos must be 200dpi minimum. JPG format best to save up/download time. Send in RGB if you want to see it in color on the website. I’ll convert color and format for der Sprecher on this end.

          Hard-copy submissions must be typed. Handwritten copy & fax submissions unacceptable. Snail-mail to:

           Material must be received by second Tuesday of each month for inclusion in next issue.
           Submissions will not be returned unless you include a stamped, self-addressed envelope for that purpose.
           Der Sprecher reserves the right to edit for style, length and content, and to reject submissions, but changes will be as minimal as possible and we will include as many submissions as possible.
