Opening: President Rausa called the meeting to order and welcomed everyone. Introductions were made. President Rausa announced a Director vacancy is open due to the passing of Bill Hapke. Al Peinhardt nominated John Witmer to fill the term through 2004 and Mark Bolt seconded. The Board approved.
Motion to approve the PCA minutes from the July 6, 2004 meeting was made by Don Hollway and seconded by Scott Hoagland.
Treasurer: Balance $32,800.49 (up $8,400 from 2003 as of this date).
Membership: Curt Stauffer (absent)No current figures available from National; Joe to contact Manny regarding problem as this is happening frequently.
Newsletter Report/Website: Don HollwayEverything going well.

Nov. 20thPenske speaker at Autohaus Lancaster. Details will be on the website and in the Sprecher.
Autocross: Mark Bolt to call Manny for help in promoting events in Region 2. Check the website for details. .
Swap Meet: The Workers Party held at the Giant Center, Fri., Aug. 6, 2004. Motion made to include all sponsors of the Swap Meet to attend the Party next year.

Crab Feast: Sunday, Oct. 3, 2004 @ Liederkranz picnic area, Salunga, PA . This event will be catered. $20.00 per personcheck website for more details.
Other Business: Region of the YearJoe talked with Manny regarding our participation in the event. Only 3 clubs applied this year for award. Manny suggested all the unique events we have as a club all year long as a plus and our growing membership as many possibilities to build upon. We need someone to Chair this committee and get the ball rolling. A decision should be made at the September Board meeting.
Porsches and PoloMark BoltAfter much discussion, Don Hollway moved and Scott Hoagland seconded that the Club sponsor the day; $500 for the field; everyone brings a picnic lunch and the Club will provide the Club tent, beer and soda. $15.00 per PorscheSun. Hapke MemorialBill Hapke Memorial Autocross Champion TrophyAfter much discussion and many suggestions, it was motioned by Henry McQueen and seconded by Don Hollway that a clock made by Al Peinhardt for Bill Hapke will be awarded to the autocross season champion as a perpetual trophy. Motion carried
