Opening: President Rausa called the meeting to order about 7 PM and welcomed everyone. Mark Allison motioned to approve the April 6, 2004 minutes and Bill Hapke seconded. They were approved as recorded.

Treasurer: Cash flow good. Expenses for the swap meet not finalized.

Membership: Curt Stauffer reported that new members will be called and invited to the next Board meeting. No update numbers on membership available as of this date
A SOCIAL CHAIRMAN IS STILL NEEDED!!!

Newsletter Report/Website: Everything going well.

Tech: No Report

Autocross: Check website for upcoming events with times, locations, etc. Henry McQueen asked the Board to consider buying a laptop computer for use with the Autocross timing, etc. After discussion, Lois Kriens motioned to spend a maximum of $1,000 for a computer - 2nd by Mike Bailey and the Board approved. Driver’s Ed: Niagara Region’s event at Watkins Glen Memorial Day weekend is filling up-13 CPAers are registered so far. Call Steve if interested.

Swap Meet: Great Swap Meet weather - sunny, warm. With new gate arrangement and new volunteer hours, the event was well organized. Vendor count was down somewhat this year. Club tent worked well. Need more T-shirts in sizes XL, XXL. The vendor registration in a separate area worked very well. Workers party is being planned. $1, 815 given to the Parkinson Alliance from T-shirt sales and $790 from the Concours & the Renner painting donated to The Four Diamonds Fund at the Hershey Medical Center.

Golf Outing: PCA Club will sponsor a hole for $200 for this event to be held on Sat., Sept, 11, 2004 at the Fours Seasons course in Landisville. More details on website or call Jerry Reinhardt.
Carl Thompson, Delaware Region, who is Local Sponsorship Chair for the Parade, gave a brief overview of who might be a sponsor for the 2005 Porsche Parade. Give him suggestions if you have any and he will pursue them.

Next meeting: Next meeting is June 8, 2004 at Leiderkranz, 6:30pm for social, meeting at 7:00pm.
