With so many events coming up on the CPA schedule, Henry McQueen moved that a postcard mailer should be sent to all members to announce all upcoming events. This motion was seconded by Don Hollway and approved.

Driver Ed: Steve Baun reported that there are many drivers education events coming up this year. VIR in April or May, Watkins Glen May 10 & 11 (Wednesday/ Thursday), and Pocono in the summer months. He will try to get a comprehensive list of events and/or web listings of events for der Porsche Sprecher or to list online.

Swap Meet: Steve Baun reported that the Swap Meet committee meeting on January 15, went well. The survey on the CPA web site asking about having a two day Swap in 2007 ran bout 50/50. HERCO would like to have us do a two day swap however, having a two day event would impact the area used for the Sunday autocross. Steve will check on the available area for the autocross.

Vice President: Henry McQueen reported that we will have two styles of hats for the Swap Meet, one for the volunteers and one for sale at the club tent. The supplier of theses hats has told Henry they can set up an online store for CPA-PCA logo hats, shirts, jackets, etc. if there is enough interest. Henry will look into doing this with them and determine what benefits will be had by CPA.

New business: Barb Taggart asked if the club wants to have another TSD rallye this year? It was determined that there is enough interest, and August 13, was chosen as the date. Bob Purgason passed around a sample of a tri-fold club brochure/mailer. This could be sent to new members welcoming them to CPA and describes the events and activities put on by the region. Bob will send pdf copies to the board for approval and get price quotes for printing. Henry is waiting to hear about HERCO approved food for the CPA club tent at the Hershey Hillclimb.
