Secretary Report for December 7, 2004

Opening: President Rausa called the meeting to order promptly at 7:00pm. Quorum present. Motion to accept the minutes from the Nov. 2, 2004 meeting by John Witmer and seconded by Don Hollway. The Board approved.
Treasurer: Henry McQueen—absent. Joe reported end of Nov. balance of $28,655. Chairpeople should be thinking about budget expenses for 2005 and pass suggestions to Henry for consideration.
Membership: Curt Stauffer —still haven’t had number count from National; hoping by the end of the year. Estimates that the membership total is 400+.
Newsletter Report/Website: Don Hollway—Great Job !!! Please send Don your e-mail address if it has changed recently.
Tech: Scott Hoaglund—Tech session at Sun Motors Jan. 22nd
Autocross: Mark Bolt—Plans for a rally scheduled for April 3, 2005. Barb Taggert has volunteered to help with the autocross timing at the Hershey event on April 24, 2005.
Swap Meet: Steve Baun—Information will be in der Sprecher for the April 23, 2005 Swap Meet.
Vice President: Curt Stauffer —no report
Nominations: The officers for the 2005 Club Year are as follows: Pres. - Curt Stauffer; Vice Pres. - Steve Baun; Treasurer - Henry McQueen; Secretary - Deb Conn; and Directors - Tim Harney; Al Pinehardt; Jerry Reinhardt; and John Witmer.
Holiday Party: Dec. 17, 2004 , Fri. - Dec. 17, 2004 , Fri.- Holiday Dinner@West Shore Country Club
Public Service Donation: tabled at this time
Other Business:—Manny Alban, and Co-Chairman of the 2005 Porsche Parade in Hershey gave a brief update on the activities. He encouraged everyone to register for the Parade and events throughout the week. Something is planned for everyone!
Next meeting: Next meeting is January 4, 2005 at Leiderkranz, 6:30pm for social, meeting at 7:00pm.
