Opening: President Rausa called the meeting to order promptly at 7:00pm. Quorum present. Motion to accept the minutes from the October 5, 2004 meeting by Don Holloway and seconded by Tim Harney. Approved by the Board.

Treasurer: Henry McQueen—expenses good

Membership: Curt Stauffer —estimates that the membership total is 400+ ; will know accurate numbers by the end of the year from National.

Newsletter Report/Website: Don Hollway—please send Don your e-mail address if it has changed recently.

Tech: Scott Hoaglund—November events: Nov. 10th - Carrera GT unveiling at Sun Motors ; Nov. 20th - Penske Racing speaker at Autohaus Lancaster. Board agreed to give $100 dinner gift certificate to this renowned race team manager.

Autocross: Mark Bolt—Check the website for future event dates. Al Peinhardt showed the group the memorial traveling trophy he made in honor of Bill Hapke to be given to the autocross champion of the year. Nice work Al; I think Bill would be quite pleased with this award.

Swap Meet: Steve Baun—Information will be in der Sprecher for the April 23, 2005 Swap Meet.

Vice President: Curt Stauffer —no report

2005 PCA Hershey Parade: Chip Reylek, club member, and Chairman of the Parade of Porsches for the 2005 PCA Hershey Parade, gave a brief overview of the activities planned for this event. It will be parade of cars on Wed., June 29, 2005 thru the Hershey area and ending up at the Antique Auto Museum. Participants will need to register. Volunteers are needed. Nominations: The voting ballot is due Nov. 30, 2004. Mail to Deb Conn.

Holiday Party: Dec. 17, 2004 , Fri. - Holiday Dinner at West Shore Country Club -details in der Sprecher. Patti Stauffer chairing.

Member of the Year Award: Please email your suggestions for this award to Joe Rausa promptly.

Public Service Donation: Several suggestions were made. The group decided to explore the possibility of a donation to Life Lion Services out of the Hershey Medical Center. Sandy Antonucci will contact the Center for details.

Other Business: Region of the Year—Club member Rob Rutz will be organizing the scrapbook for the club.

Next meeting: Next meeting is December 7, 2004 at Leiderkranz, 6:30pm for social, meeting at 7:00pm.
