Opening: The meeting was called to order by President Curt Stauffer. Minutes of the September 6, 2005 Board meeting were approved as written.

Treasurer: Henry McQueen—Finances good...for more details e-mail Henry.

Membership: Rick Geiner—absent - No Report

Newsletter Report/Website: Don Hollway—check website for upcoming events. The 2006 Election Ballot will be printed in the next newsletter.

Social: Ed Eisenhart, Al Peinhardt, and Jerry Trone—Crab Feast, Sunday, October 9, 2005. Volunteers needed for setup and cleanup.

Tech: Scott Hoaglund—absent - No Report. Pres. Stauffer thanked the GilbertÕs for hosting the Sept. Tech session and opening up their house and garage for the afternoon. Everyone had a great time.

Autocross: Mark Bolt—Check website for future events.

Swap Meet Steve Baun—Steve will be previewing the new cars in Spain this month. (IÕm sure he will have a full report next month!!!)

Old business: The election ballot will be in the November Sprecher. Deadline for ballots is Nov. 30, 2005 - mail to Deb Conn or email to her. John Witmer received a written nomination for Don Henrickson to be considered for a Director position. His name will be added to the ballot.
