Treasurer's Report:

Net loss from crab feast was noted. Motion to accept minutes by Jim Herbst second by Don Hollway.

Total members as Sept 30th was 340. Planning new member reception for November 9th. Location to be announced.
Social Committee:
Ed Kriens, Chairman
Confirmed Hershey for Holiday Party. Sandy Antonucci is planning a Sunday drive and brunch for the Canal House on November 3rd.

Joe Hoover presented some informal proposals. Don Hollway also presented a proposal and sample site. Motion was made by Curt Stauffer and seconded by Ed Kriens to accept Don Hollway’s proposal to do the website. The board also agreed to keep the same domain name if possible and to only change it if we had trouble switching it over.
Tech Committee:

Newsletter:

Newsletter editorship will be transferred to Don Hollway. Club agreed to keep it all in black ink for now
